    Hi there MATE: That may be a cliche to you, but you are most welcome to be my friend. I do not have any out of the US, yet...I am in a group of women 50+..(Seniors Losing Weight). We all may be too old for you, but I do welcome anyone who is friendly to add me as a friend. GOOD LUCK..

    Hi...we have just crept into autumn now but the days are still lovely and warm...looking out the window this morning the sky is a beautiful blue.
    Good luck with your weight loss journey too..it is hard when your body does everything it can to make it even more difficult to achieve your goals but I have read some amazingly inspiational stories since joining this site and I know that we can do it :flowerforyou:
