I don't think that's slow at all either!!! I ran 4 miles this morning and really enjoyed it!

9 minute miles sounds very fast to me!!!:happy:
No running today, cross training with cycle and weights.

Todays a rest day. I have worked out 4 days in a row, got my period yesterday and stayed up late last night for the Biggest Loser Finale. Too Tired!!0

I ran 2 miles today!!!!!!! :drinker:
may not sound like much, but I hurt my ankle a few weeks ago, took about 2 weeks off, and started back slow....saturday I ran about mile, monday about 1.5, today about 2....and no pain!!! Friday I'm planning on 3 (ish)

I don't think that's slow either; I'm happy with 10 minute miles. I did 8 this morning-6 of them at 10 min/mi.0

6 yesterday, 5 Monday, today rest. I taught a high intensity aerobics class and ran 6 miles yesterday 5 with my sister and 1 mile with my kids running group I just started. I have 5 kids so far not bad:)

2 mile walk w/ my dh after dinner.

I lifted arms, did core/abs, then ran 3.5 miles. The plan was to run 7, but I ended up not having enough time, because I had to plant the garden before the sun went down. But yay for yummy fresh fruit and veggies!
My first 5k of this race season is May 23rd. I'm excited.0
