3 days here, so far so good

Three days on MFP and under my (net) calorie goal each day.

So far, so good, but I am POSITIVE this will get more difficult. Quick question; How often should I weigh myself?

    Hello and welcome here! :)

    I would not weigh myself more than once a week, to avoid being disappointed as weight changes every hour of the day...have a weigh-in day (morning is best) is more encouraging.

    Chose a weigh in day once a week, weight right after you wake up after going to the bathroom, no clothes. Or the same clothes each time if you don't wanna be nakey. Lol. Good luck on your journey!
