I am new to this counting calorie thing. I lost a lot of weight about a year or two ago the wrong way. I did not eat much at all and work out about 3 to 4 hours a day. Immediatly I saw results of course, but now a year late I have gained 20lbs back. I decided to work out and do it the correct way. i just hope I can stick to it and make it work.

    I lost weight an unconventional way myself- I went from 177 to 125 in about six months without exercising. This is the first time that I'm loosing weight the healthy way. It's working, just have ot stick to your guns.
