How to Block a Number From Calling/Texting Me On My Straight

Do any of you know of a way that I can block a specific number from being able to call and/or text my Straight Talk Phone? (Verizon Wireless is the carrier that they use). I don't want my exbf to be able to contact me anymore but I'd really rather not have to change my number. I called Straight Talk a ways back and they said that there isn't any way to block someone. However, the person I talked to didn't sound very knowledgeable. So, hoping that they might have been wrong and that there actually IS a way to block him from calling me. I've heard of certain apps that you can download to block certain numbers from calling and texting your cell. However, my phone is just really basic and it doesn't have the ability to download any apps on to it. However, I didn't know if there might be some sort of code that I can enter into my phone to block him or something like that....

If you have a Verizon account they can do it for you. I don't know about any others

No, they don't have that feature. I had to change my phone number. About to change providers too.

If you have a smart phone, you should be able too. Just download an app, I forget the one I used...

I have Verizon and you can block up to 5 numbers at a time. I did it just by logging into my account on their website and typing in the numbers I wanted blocked.
