I was not going to post this, but seeing as it's hard to realize what a difference a few pounds can make sometimes, I wanted to share with people who may be having a hard time realizing that as little as 5-10 pounds can make a difference. It may not be huge, but it's something.

Thank for posting this! I have my calorie level set at 0.5 loss per week, so its going very slow......this is really helpful in seeing that a small amount lost can make a difference!! You look great - congrats!
