Greetings!
I've been at this diet thing for a little close to a year. I'm starting to see some results but I wish they could be more significant. I have a very small circle of family & friends whom I work out with several times a week. Though I have been losing weight I have implemented in my exercise regiment cardio such as jogging/walking and strength training which include some light weight lifting. I really want to get more defintion and cuts in my body definition.
