I recently decided to sign up for Tough Mudder and the event is approaching is 6 months! Anyone else out there training for TM or any other endurance event? And what are you doing to train?

I'm doing tough mudder as well here in new south whales australia =]
My normal MMA training is still beneficial for tough mudder.

Here's a break down of my training 5 days a week.

    Morning - 6am to 7.30am
3km run, 500m swim, all body circuits (includes; burpees, sprints, mountain climbers, box jumps, farmer walks, kettle bell swings, snatches, dead lifts, lunges, medicine ball slams, thrusters)

    Evening - 5.30pm to 8pm
wrestling, kick boxing, jiu jitsu, strength/conditioning (includes; Battling rope, kettle bell swings, dead lifts, pullups, pushups, squat jumps, bench press, rows, sprawls)

Some family and friends of mine will be signing up shortly for a Warrior Dash in August.

2 of us are going to see a trainer to get some help and then the couch to 5k on ipod

Sounds like you'll be well prepared! Is this your first TM?
