Sheppard's pie is always good and if you don't want to use mashed potatoes you could use cauliflower.
Or would about some burgers? Can't go wrong there :happy:0 -
I have a few suggestions........hope you don't mind
1.Buy the leanest ground beef you can find
2. Add 1 envelope of Onion Soup mix (dry)
That's it! It makes yummo hamburger patties or yummo meatloaf and it is EZ!
193 calories for 4oz. portion
30 calories for 1 envelope of Onion Mix
ORRRRR
1. Buy the leanest ground beef you can find
2. Add 1 cup of 1Carb ketchup
I promise you it makes the moistest meatloaf or burgers
193 calories for 4oz. portion
5 calories for the Carb ketchup (.4oz)
