:heart: Hi I'm Pauline and have a problem trying to find out the English name for plasalid, any Thai people out there know the correct name for plasalid? Please let me know... I want to find the health benefits of plasalid but to no avail, :brokenheart:

    Hi, I'm not thai but a quick google search found this:

    Pla Salid is called Damsel Fish or Snakeskin Gourami in English.
