I graduated in 1984 a whopping 118 pounds. The sad thing is I thought I was fat! I dieted so many times throught the years and gained back more then I lost. I was close to 200 pounds whensomething inside me clicked that I need to make a life change. At 46 years old I just graduated from College with my bachelors degree and I am down 20 pounds. I am losing slowly and I am doing it by eating better. No more diets! I am reading George Cruise's 8 minutes in the morning and a I am very motivated to eat better. I wish someone would have told me when I was young to weigh every week and if I had gained to do something about it then! I don't know how I got in this body LOL. We can do all things through Christ! I am trusting a believing for good health and I am going to do my part!
P.S. I just joined My fitness Pal so I am only showing a loss of 1 pound. I have lost 20! I have 30 more to go to be 140.
