Legs feeling like jelly after workout

Wow, I done my morning calisthenics not too long ago, and I couldn't even complete them because my legs felt like jelly!

Morning workout; 20 mins

1 minute wam up/jogging on the spot
5 minutes sit ups
5 minutes squats
1 minute star jumps
5 minutes of hip bridges
3 minutes of in air 'leg rowing'.

I only got up to the squats and I couldn't go on because I felt like I was going to collapse!

It's a start, though :) my poor body has been so sedentary (minus working as a barista) that it's all seized up!
