Hi everyone

Im struggling with what to do. I have the baby with me daytime, and work evenings so very limited. I can't at the moment afford the gym. I have a exercise bike but that alone can get very boring.

Any suggestions?

Ps I do have 30DS but that woman annoys me

    - turn the sound off on the 30DS and put on your fave music
    - look up some workout videos on youtube
    - put the baby in the stroller and go for a good walk
    - if you have stairs in your house, do a few sprints up them

You should see if you can find a buggy bootcamp near by you, where you can go with your baby and actually use the pushing and pulling of the pram or buggy as exercise. There's a lot of them about now and it'll be fun and good company for you as well :-)

I would recommend: You can view these workouts on collagevideo.com or youtube. You can buy some in the stores or online. Amazon.com is a good place to buy workouts.

    1. Tae Bo
    2. Chris Freytag 10 Pound Slim down
    3. Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds
    4. Prevention Fitness Systems Workouts
    5. 10 Minute Solution Workouts

Check with your library to see what workouts they carry.

If you have Netflix streaming they have some workout videos that you can stream directly to your tv to try out some new workouts to switch it up. Also, if you have an XBOX Kinect you can try some of the games there that will get you moving and offer a fun way to exercise and depending upon the age of your child they may be able to dance around with you on the xbox games.
