Carb Question?

I have a question .... if the MFP planner gives me a total daily of carbohydrates of 163, and I go over a bit... what do I need to do,
I mean what should I be aware of if I go over.
I had a WW breakfast sandwich and some blueberries for breakfast and already used up 38 of those carbs for the day, and I have noticed if I eat a WW meal, the carbs go up... so I am already cutting those out of my meals as soon as the freezer is empty. I don't eat them all the time, my hubby bought me some because they were on sale.
I never go over my daily calorie intake, just noticed the carbs in my diary

when I was getting too many carbs, I did things like only 1 slice of bread for my sandwich instead of two. Carbs come from fruit and veg also, so they add up quickly. I don't eat any pre-made meals personally, so I don't know how they add up. But I try to add in more protein (meat, eggs, cottage cheese...) and less bread.0
