Personal 1 week challenge and results!!!

Last week I challenged myself to a 6 day commitment of exercising. I took measurements before and again today. I am very happy with the results. I weigh myself on my Wii, which is nice because I can see exactly what I weighed a week ago when I started. So I lost two pounds and a total of 9.25 inches for the one week!!!

Here are my pre and post measurements:

Since I began exercising on February 1 and "dieting" on February 14 I've lost a total of 18 pounds and 30.75 inches. I've lost four of those inches from my waist!

Can I just say that I love T-Tapp exercising!! It's not too hard and it is very effective! Have a great Sunday!
