Hi all! I have now been on MFP for almost a week. So far, I really like what I see. I have tried Weight Watchers before, but I had a hard time making it to the same meeting each week. I like the fact that you can get the same support here as you can at WW meetings but on your own schedule! And I love how easy it is to log your food and exercise.

    Welcome to MFP!!

    I really like the food and exercise logs, too. It really puts my nutrition and fitness into perspective.

    WW is not for me, either. There's no way I can make the time to attend a meeting so MFP is perfect for me.

    Hi,

    I have the same thoughts as you.....and it's FREE!!!! Thats the best thing. I am steadily losing on average about a pound a week, so it IS helping me! It's a great site.
