So, how does this FAT stuff work?

Every thing I read say you should have so many grams of fat or sugar or protein and I don't know how to measure it out. This site tells us how many calories of fat we are consuming.
Like...if I wanted to make a grilled cheese sandwhich. I could use wheat bread and healthier cheese, but when I look up the nutrition information for a grilled cheese sandwhich there are about 12 grams of fat! To me that seems like a lot but I don't know how to plan out my fats for the day.

    Hi!
If you were making a grilled cheese, I would enter the ingredients separately (2 pieces of bread, cheese, and whatever else you may put on it). It's more accurate that way.

If there isn't a something you want to add in the database, you can always add it yourself if you have the nutrition info!

    Hope this helps! :flowerforyou:
