Hi all! I've been on MFP for a couple of weeks now. I originally created an account because I wanted to see how many calories I was having each day vs. "points" as I'm a weight watcher's member. I logged in for a couple of days and haven't gone back to the points system because I love MFP so much more then the points system. :happy: (I still go to the meetings every week as they are a great support system.)
I started my weight loss on January 2nd, and I'm currently down 28.2 lbs. I recently started with a trainer who specialized in kettle-bells and I LOVE it! I also use a bodymedia armband and have found it very useful in my weight loss journey.
