Rye Bread recipes?

Does anyone have a low cal rye bread recipe for a bread maker? I'm trying to stay away from carbs but the boyfriend can't and won't live with out bread in the house, and I cant justify spending $5 on a loaf when he goes through half a loaf in a day sometimes.

    Try searching yummly.com for a recipe. You can even narrow it down to how many calories you want it to have and it'll show you various recipes.
