Great morning to you all my MFP friends!!! It is a great day once again. I look forward to grabbing this day and kicking its *kitten* as I run thru it. No, not walk I am going to run thru this day, use it, abuse it and discard it when I am done. Both you and I will own this day to do what is right for us. Now go grab your day ,work your body and at the end feel good in your burn! Then discard this day and move on to the dreaded Monday and kick its *kitten* also!!! We own these days they do not own us! Have a great, safe and blessed day my friends!!!
