Help. :( finding it difficult to eat my calories

My diary the moment is not very consistent.
I downloaded the app so i knew how much i ate and to control the calories that i take in . I want to start the insanity work out and also eat more healthily. problem is :

I already eat pretty healthy. I eat a healthy-ish diet trying to keep carbs low.
I cant eat more than 1500 calories a day. At my weight i think that s too little. Im 5'11 and weigh around 180 pounds (82 kg).
I find it a little harder to put entries in with no encouragement or with people criticizing on why you have to put stuff in all the time -_-
Help plz.
