Advice needed (weight lifting related)

Last year I completed a round of Chalean Extreme and really enjoyed it. Since then I have bounced around doing other programs (mostly bench presses, squats, deads etc. 3 sets of ten reps, as heavy as I can) I find myself getting bored though and thought maybe I would do another round of Chalean, but here is where I need advice. I am worried about losing the gains I have made from doing 3 sets of ten, since Chalean only uses 1 set of 10-12 in months 1-2, and one set of 6-8 in month two.

What are the chances of me losing some of my gains by doing another round of Chalean, or should I continue doing my 3 sets of 10 lifts? Help, anyone?? *lol*

pick up new rules of lifting for women. problem solved.

to answer your question, you'd have some strength loses especially if you eat below your maintrnance calories, but the good news is it would be easier to regain that strength once you started lifting heavy again

i get bored easily, too. I do p90x when get bored with my own routine, and you can lift as light or heavy as you want with it. I always do big lifts and managed to gain inches in my arms, and it gives me more variety.
