NSV from an old friend

i saw an old coworker yesterday, I hadn't seen her in about 3 months. She said that I looked like the old me, from when she first met me 4 years ago. That was also when I weighed about 30 lbs less than I do now! It's amazing what proper nutrition and working out will do. I suspect I am on my way to being healthy and fit instead of skinny fat! Woot!
