17 Days on MFP = 7 pounds Lost. (Pics)

Day one was 3/2/12 weighing 318.5 pounds.

Day 17 is today, 3/18/12 and I weigh 311.5 Pounds.

Maybe you see no difference, but I feel FABULOUS!


Alls I'm doing is tracking EVERY LAST BITE of food. I have been drinking NOTHING BUT water! No juice, no soda, no flavored drinks...JUST WATER! I drink at LEAST 2 liters a day.

I also walk to pick up my son from school Mon-Fri its 35 minutes total. And I do zumba with LIGHT weight lifting at night when my kids are in bed.
