Not losing any inches.

I am not losing any inches. At all.
For 3 months I've been working out 2 hours + every day. I've done 30 days shred, Ripped in 30, Shred with Weights, Killer buns & Thighs and for 10 days now Jillian's Kickboxing video. I also do running, and other exercises. I lift weight too. (10~15 ish pounds).
My measurements are EXACTLY the same as when I started three months ago. Not even .001 difference. Nothing at all.
I weight 117, and I'm 5'2. I lost about ~ten pounds-ish since I started.
I loved the DVDs, and they made me feel more toned, and I hear how it works amazing for everyone, and I thought it did for me too, but nothing changed. Considering how depressed I've been lately, with this not working despite all the work I put it, I just wanna give up. I can't comprehend how I didn't even lose .0000001 inches... ANYWHERE. (I mesure my arms, all over, my neck, upper waist, mid waist, true waist, thigh, mid thigh, lower thigh, calf) And NOTHING has changed... at all.
I used to eat 1200, plus exercise calories. Now I'm on "maintain" except, I'm not that hungry, so usually, I dont hit my "1580 + exercises calories" (I'm like 150~300 calories under most days).
Is there something I'm not doing? I don't understand why I'm not losing any inches. (And yes, I do have a lot to lose. It's not like me wanting to be too skinny, example, my arms are really, really big, especially considering my frame).
If anyone has an explanation or a suggestion? I'm pretty desperate. I'm not expected fast results, or like anything fast, and crazy. I just want... any LITTLE difference at all.

I'm almost exactly the same at 5.2" and I started at 128 and now am 118 and would love to get down another 5lbs. I also work out 4-5times a week at the gym in different classes. But I did go from a tight 6P to a loose 4P. You can look at my food diary-it's open. Why don't you open yours and let people give you advice? I am trying to keep my calories around 1000-1200- that's the only difference. Good luck- and don't beat yourself up- you've done great.0
