Toning

Hey, so I want to tone my stomach and thighs. Anybody got any ideas? Been going to the gym when I can but really doesn't seem to be making that much of a difference, although I am spending time on cardio too.

    If you want to "condition" your leg muscles and abs, then do some heavy weight squats, leg presses, lunges, leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts and hanging leg raises, crunches and oblique crunches with no weight.
