    Google agave syrup fraud. It's not better for you.

    I know that the stuff I used to buy has cals but I'm diabetic and it doesn't shoot my BG up so it is better for me. I have heard for other diabetics it affects their BG so therefore isn't good for them.

    I wouldn't say it is a fraud if it has a result you want (lower BG). It seems to me, with many food things, people think that because it works for people with a medical condition it must be better (ie is a problem for certain people and causes horrible problems including surgery to repair their digestive system but that is only people who have a problem)

    I stopped using splenda.. Now I use agave syrup..it's much better and healthy cause it's natural and doesn't have calories either. :)

    1 - the packaging the food comes in
    2 - anything you are allergic too
    3 - anything that you do not like the taste of
    4 - food off of a strangers plate
    5 - half slobbered on cheerios by a toddler

    -Whole wheat bread

    I have no idea where this false information came from, but the five foods you should never eat are actually:

    Tripe
    Haggis
    Natto
    Cuitlacoche
    Beggin Strips


    Other than the above, you're FINE and WILL lose weight no matter what!

    change the last one to ANYTHING slobbered on by a toddler and this is perfect.

    I was an Equal and 2 creamer gal. My nutritionist pursuaded me to give up the artificial stuff and i very gradually weaned myself to coffee black. those that know me well would say this is a miracle. It is one of the best things I ever did. It was a slow transistion,but now I actually know and enjoy the REAL taste of food. I have also set aside most condiments(except mustard), butter, and sauces.
