Hi There
I am new to this program. I love it. So easy to track. I have allot of weight to lose. The problem I am having is I cannot eat all of my calories. If so then I go over my protein or sugar. Any suggestions would be helpful
Like I have 100 cal WW bread maybe eat reg good quality WW bread but more calorie. My menue is very healthy. So I think.
Look forward to being a part. As support is so critical.

You should be fine going over on protein and sugar, as long as you stay within your calories. I believe the MFP defaults for protein are too low. As for the sugar, what sources are you mainly getting it from?0

Thanks for the help. Sugar today was from. Strawberries , cabbage and sweet Potatoe. I only ate today cal 900 with extra in all categories except the protien snd sugar. Carb I had 85 left. Not eating simple sugars. I saw on the web the protein can be higher. They should fix that . They should also add fiber. I know I eat plenty of fiber but good to track.
Thx for helping0 -
I see online it says woman should get 48 gms of protein. If losing weight it can be to 58. Here it says 56. Crazy.0
