Standing Ab Muscle work outs?

I spend a ton of time at work, and I am standing for about 98% of my time here. I don't really have the space to be doing moves that require a lot of well... movement.

So, I've been doing a lot of stretching as well as trying to pick stuff up a lot for arm work outs.

I also contract my ab muscles while I'm standing... kind of like doing crunches without the horrible crunching of your neck.

Does anyone have any suggestions of this I can do to work out my body while standing in a semi-confined area.

I really want to maximise my downtime at work and stop using it to eat unhealthy snacks as I have been.

Creating better habits is the first step to maintaining weight loss... which is the hardest part for me. I lost 35 pounds last year during the spring/summer and gained it all back over the winter...

Now I need to lose it and keep it off... FOR GOOD!
