Worried I'm losing too fast.. :(

Okay I know this might sound stupid but I worry about everything.. I took the plunge on March 7th to really try and change the way I eat. I had been just eating and eating and was most likely eating a good 3000-4000 cals a day with a ton of carbs I'm sure.
I have tried before but never kept it up for more then a day or two at best. Now thanks to new health problems I knew I had to really do this.
Well I started out at 267lbs. That was 11 days ago. Today I got on the scale and it says I am 257.2!
I have been going down very fast since starting and I "think" I'm doing everything right.. I drink all my water.. I don't ever go under what MFP says I should be eating. I eat something if I start to feel hungry even. Just eating less crap, that's all.
I got a food scale and I have been using that to make sure I am eating right. I did eat a lot of junk food before and now I am not.
Like this is what I ate this morning to give you an idea.. I had 2 brown eggs half a bell pepper (made bell pepper flowers!) a tiny bit of oil to cook it in and about a half cup of onions and 1/4 cup cheese and a mini low carb wrap.. It was very filling!
So how is it that I keep going down so fast when I'm just eating a little better but still a lot of foods? Is that normal?
I know I must sound stupid but this is my first time in my life really trying to eat/live better so I'm kinda in the dark as to what is normal..

I lost very quickly when I started as well. It levels out and when it does, that is very healthy for you. make sure you log everything you eat and you will see the progress slow but that is ok. Your body is just getting used to the new you.
You can do this!! You will learn so much from the people here, I know I did. :bigsmile:0 -
Boy am I glad to hear it is normal! I was a little freaked out by the 10lbs... I will be more then happy to just lose 1-2 lbs a week..
An you are so right about learning things! I had no idea how useful a food scale was till I read others on here used them.
Now that I have one I don't know how I ever lived without it!0
