I just increased my calorie goal from 1200 to 1300 per day. My BMR according to MFP under tools is 1292 so I rounded up. I also went with 40% protein, 30 fat and 30 carbs. Hopefully this will make a difference. I will also continue to eat my exercise calories. My BMR according to the fat to fit website was 1400 but I was afraid to go to high.0
