I saw this recipe on a Disney family site and new I wanted to try it. I substituted some healthier ingredients so it wouldn't be soo bad for me.

Ingredients

Pillsbury reduced fat Crescent rolls
Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar (whole package, 1 3/4 cups)
2 tbsp Heinz Ketchup
1 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp 2% milk
1 tsp onion powder
1/3c diced up dill pickles
1lb ground turkey
2 tbsp pickle juice

Preheat oven to 375.
Unroll crescent rolls and press them into an 8 inch pie plate.
Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned. Drain well.
Stir in onion powder, chopped pickles, ketchup and mustard.
Sprinkle w/ flour and add pickle juice and milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add 1c cheese.
Pour into prepared crust in pie dish and bake for 15 minutes, until edges of crust are golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ the rest of the cheese. Let sit until cheese melts.
Garnish w/ whatever you would normally put on your cheeseburger and enjoy.

Some places you could improve even more would be to use less cheese. The original recipe calls for 2 cups, I dropped it to the 1 3/4 c b/c that is what the package was. I could see using even less, maybe only using 1c total. 1/2c in the recipe and 1/2c sprinkled on top. Hope you all enjoy.
