Indoor Triathlon

I did my 2nd Indoor Triathlon today and I'm really happy with my improvement over last time. I love cross training, it is so much fun to do different stuff and mix it up. I was surprised that the swimming training really improved my so-called running, I usually race walk but this time I jogged the whole 15 min and sprinted the last lap! :wink: Oh, and I'm losing weight, too.
