My new shape....any suggestions

Okay friends, I have to ask....how do I get my *kitten* back. As I lose my weight I realize that the weight comes off in different areas and I have lost mostly in my heaviest areas but I am not enjoying the new shape of my bum, whats a girl to do??

Tone it up with some weight training!!! If it was big bc of fat to begin with, just replace it with muscle. Yep, squats are a great idea!0

I would have to agree...you can't target weight loss but you can target where you tone/build muscle. Squats, lunges, anything really that you can do to target the butt0
