ARVD diagnosis anyone?

Has anyone here diagnosed with ARVD or have a family member who has been diagnosed with it? If you have, are you participating in any of the longitudinal studies sponsored by Johns Hopkins or other research centers? What types of exercise do you do, and do you have any medical restrictions because of the diagnosis? What types of meds are you on to control the arrythmias?

I was diagnosed in 2001, and have some medical restrictions regarding competitive sports. I take 120mgs of sotolol 1x daily, and i have a difibrillator to prevent me from going into cardiac arrest (which I did in 2001).
