Cold hands and feet

Ever since I started this diet my hand and feet are like ice. It's even given me trouble sleeping at night because I can't seem to warm them up. Anyone else seem to have this problem? According to my caloric intake I should be fine...Perhaps it will pass in a few days? My food diary is open for everyone. Suggestions are welcome. Cheers!
