Hey just found this website was wondering if anyone has tried it and what was their experience?

    We have had people come into our site and weigh. All you do is print out the sheet and take into fitness center and they will weigh you and send in weight by fax or site. The fitness center has to be part of the program.

    I signed up for the BMI Challenge and a friend here at work is doing the Match-Up Challenge. We just started though so nothing really to share yet.

    I researched it pretty well and it was endorsed by my employer, my gym and the local hospitals. Sign up even for one of the challenges you don't have to pay for!
