Never eat unless you are actually hungry. Your body tells you when it needs something.0

Or A PB and J sammich and a glass of something to drink0 -
Thanks, forgot about the high cal count of Peanut butter.0

I'd just call it a day. if you are not hungry, you simply aren't hungry. It is not like you are starving and depriving yourself. It's just one of those days. As long as it isn't happening on a regular basis you should be fine. I don't think it ever is a good idea to force feed yourself.
If that peanut butter suggestion appeals to you though, you'll only need a few spoonfuls.0 -

Not true. Know anything about leptin and ghrelin?0 -

YES! So yummy and packed full of goodness.0 -
maybe a glass of skim milk? or a piece of fruit.. or just go to bed. everyonce in a while it wont hurt, as long as you're not doing it all the time.
Have a good night.. dont worry about it too much.0 -

And that is a very good suggestion. Unfortunately me and the spoon become one with the peanut butter. But I like the suggestion!!!0 -
Since when do you need to be hungry to eat?!0

Just don't eat.....I sometimes am as low as 1000 calories left to consume0
-
Time for a few drinks then!0

Warm milk and honey? Or maybe just something you crave but don't allow yourself.
You can have a fair amount of a treat for under 600 calories so if you want to splurge, if you don't prepare to wake up very hungry tomorow.0 -

Peanut butter is a GOOD fat source as well.0

don't worry about it. It's not a big deal.0

send them my way, i'm starving lol just kidding, have some guacamole on toast, or some nuts with fruit and yogurt!0

I'm in the same boat tonight....but I am all out of "fat" calories, need more protein....I am thinking of going for the cheese because it has more protein than peanut butter. *sigh*
Never seemed to have this problem before I was counting my calories...I guess I have shrunken my appetite.0 -

600 is a lot of calories. I've gone to bed with 500ish calories left and wake up the next day starving. We're not always hungry when we need to eat, and we do not always need to eat when we are hungry. Try and eat something like nuts or a piece of cheese and a nice glass of water.0

bottle of wine :drinker:0

Here's a few things I usually have on hand -
peanut butter of course
Almond butter (mix with greek yogurt and a few almonds and a bit of honey
Avocado
Low fat cheese stick
a few almonds or cashews
Hard boiled egg
Frozen grapes
and the weirdest one - diced frozen chicken breast - cooked of course, and seasoned with whatever I was cooking at the time.. I don't even thaw it. It's kind of like jerky without the sodium.0 -
Hehe don't! I don't have 600 cals left so very jealous lol.
In seriousness.. how about toasting a slice of bread, spread with peanut butter and top with sliced banana and some choc sauce drizzled over. That and a glass of milk and you're sorted.
Dammit now I'm hungry!0 -
If this doesn't happen often, I wouldn't sweat it. Going under, especially if a lot of that was earned by exercise, once in a while isn't going to kill your metabolism or put you in "starvation mode." That would take a pattern of frequently going well under.
While you're at it, send some of those spare calories my way, I need a few more for today :laugh:0
