I went the farthest over today I have since starting in Jan (602 calories). I just added up my calories for the week and I still have 439 "banked" calories. My question is should I hop on the treadmill for 45 min to burn 300 (then I"m only over 300 or so), or just enjoy my day. I usually eat net about 1500 calories a day (i'm allowed 1490 - so I"m where I should be for calories most days - I'm usually able to work out for 1.5-2.5 hours sat and sun. I'm stuck between giving my body a "break" and following the
plan.

PS - Most of my calories came from the pizza a pizza buffet at lunch (and the cinnamon dessert rolls - cici's pizza if anyone is familiar) :noway:

The cookie cutter design is if you have a defecit of 3500 cals a pound will be lost. So if the program calculates that you have a daily defecit of 500 cals to equal the pound a week then the 500 banked cals should help. Take a break, if you're too strict you will get frustrated and stressed, remember this is life long right.
