My First Day Here

Hi, I am Rick from Illinois and this is my first day here. Because of life circumstances over the years I have taken comfort in food. Because of this and a lack of exercise I now have a lot of knee problems.So now I am here and instead of taking comfort in food I want to take control of food and get myself healthier. Hope this is the start of something good.

    Welcome Rick. I have bad knees too. The hardest part of all of this is starting and now you've done that!
