Im in pretty good shape but wanting to get to the next level i do take a protein powder & vitamins & BCAA's....
Just wondering what other suppliments people are taking & why... Thanks for your help... :)

    Protein supp.- to hit daily protein goal
    Creatine- to get a couple of extra reps and increase explosiveness
    Beta Alanine- also to get more reps and increase explosiveness
    Caffeine- energy boost

    L-Glutamine, for general health but also post w/out recovery(less next day pain).

    Glucosamine & Fish oils - Again general health, joint care.

    Pre W/out - Just for the w/out kick & energy.
