I am not over weight however, I just started college this year and I have gained way to much weight. I told myself over and over that I wouldn't and somehow I still did. I work out every day and sometimes feel like the only way for me to loose weight would be for me to stop eating all together like I did while I was in high school and also dangerously underweight. I started this to get back to a good healthy weight. I am loosing weight just for me. I want to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see so I thought that I would try this sight out. Being able to see what I eat and how much I burn will be very helpful!

Ahhh... the dreaded Freshman 15. Eat healthy, get some exercise and kick it's booty. Do it the healthy way and don't repeat those errors of the past. YOU CAN DO IT!0

Believe it not, you are in a good position. I am a senior in college and I just now gained my "freshman 15", actual it was more like senior 40. You have all the time in the world to lose the weight, so do it in a healthy way. The best advice I can give you is learn proper portions because it is so easy to stress eat or binge ( especially if you don't have to cook or clean up your own messes) Best of luck!0
