Today my MFP status said "jrusharound has logged in 365 days in a row" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've stuck to it...not every day have I been perfect with my calorie intake, but I've continued keeping track, and am very aware of my diet & exercise. I'm down 45 lbs & want to loose about another 15 to reach my goal. It's been great! I say that to say, keep it up people! Be consistent & honest, and take care of your body!
