Too much sugar, disappointing week

Hello all, This week i bought some sugary snacks such as kelloggs co co pops bars and go ahead yogurt breaks. Some have 14g of sugar in.

Usually I somehow manage to loose 3lbs a week but this week i only lost 1/2 lb ?

The only things that have changed is the fact that i have been eating these sugary snacks (but still keeping within the daily limit) and MFP reduced my calorie intake from 1500 to 1350.

Is it the snacks that has stopped me from loosing my usual 3lbs or could it be im not eating enough calories per day ?
