any ideas?

i'm going to be in a wedding on june 20th and i really need to tone my stomach. i just don't want to look all flabby.. does anyone have any excercised that i can do that will tone my stomach so it's not so flabby? i'm 5'2 and weigh 139.2 lbs. as of today.. help!!:smile::smile:

    Do a cycle of crunches and leg lifts.
    Start doing 50 of each and keep your form perfect.
    Alternate doing 20 (C) 20 (LL) 20 (C)20 (LL) 10 (C) 10 (LL)
    Break for a minute between each set to give your abs a short break.
    If you do it everyday until then it'll tone everything you want to tone.

    Crunches on the ball (those big ones you see at the gym) It targets your abdomen more than just sitting on the ground. Have you tried pilates? They usually do a lot of ab work in there, especially core work. Good luck!

    swiss ball crunches, "V"-ups, and planks -- along with some cardio and make sure you eat some really lean foods in the mean-time -- good luck!! :smile:
