Hey all,
So i am getting so fed up with this plateau, i'm putting on and losing the same 3lbs all the time.
I've been going to the gym for a few weeks/months but that hasnt helped. Before i did fitness dvd's etc. at home.
I find i used to sweat more doing 30 day shred etc. than i am at the gym but im burning more calories.
Do you think i should stick at the gym and change the intensity or go back to doing my dvds?

Go by your body, not some arbitrary ammount of calories you may or may NOT be burning in the gym. If you're feeling that it's more intense and was producing more results, do it.0

I love the gym at the min , I have a wedding dress to get into !!but I have mixed it up abit and I do different classes and I'm also having some personal training I thought I was working hard before but I was doing nothing compared he also check your body fat %and bmi etc .0

If you have the willpower to use the DVDs at home then you may want to do that. Personally, I have to go to a class and have an instructor tell me what to do. Guess I can't think for myself.:bigsmile:0

you coudl always do a mixture of gym/dvds. No special formula. What about your diet? are you eating enough calories?0

First and for most you should make sure you are eating what you need to, and the right amount. When it comes to exercise whatever works for you. Not sure what gym you use but if they have different classes try to get involved in them. changing your routine is sometimes a wonderful thing. Your body can react differently to the new muscle movements and its nice to change it up sometimes! Good luck!

I mix my days up alll the time! Between Turbofire, Kilian Michaels and running outside and going to the gym it keeps me away from a plateau I think and also it helps me not get bored which is a major problem for me0
