exercise HELP!

So i need to lose muffin top and a lil stomach under belly button and get my legs slimmer.. ANY EXERCISE'S THAT WILL DO THIS PLEASE INFORM ME??

    core exercises will help with the tummy. the plank is good (for me anyway), sit ups etc are all good for toning up.

    Sprints are good. You don't have to do that much, maybe like 10 sprints with walking intervals. As for your legs, plies squats and side lunges. Inner and outer thigh is typically the least worked out leg muscle.


    Pilates can get all of it.

    No such thing as spot reducing. You lose fat all over, doesn't matter what exercise you do.

    Cardio to help reduce BF%, strength training to tighten the muscles.
