NSV...NEW PANTS!!!

My husband and I have been using MFP since January and he had an eye opening NSV (non scale victory) this weekend! We go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week and people have commented on how slim he's getting and he'd say "thank you"; but he really hasn't noticed the change until this weekend.

We're going on vacation in a couple of weeks and I encouraged him to try on one of his suits for a planned formal dinner. He put the pants on, buttoned them up and the dropped right to the floor!! He was so surprised that he just stood in the mirror for 5 minutes with his mouth hanging open. Then he proceeded to pull out all of his older clothes (from about 6 years ago) and THEY FIT!

So we're off to the tailor to alter three of the suits he purchased in September 2011, and buy new pants for the vacation. :drinker:
