Inches and NO Weight LOST!

Hello! I have been on this site for about two months, and I truly need Help and will accept any advise that can help me. I have been eating right and exercising including walking, treadmill and Zumba up to three times a week total exercise about five times a week, and my weight has not moved maybe just 6 lbs, and then I gained 4lbs and lost maybe 2lbs. This is very confusing to me. just in Aug 2010 I lost 22lbs on a strick protein diet with no fruit, it was hard but there was results every week, but I was grumpy and tired and no exercise. I really didn't want to do that this time around. My current weight today is 166lbs in 2010 I started at 177lbs and my lowest weight was 155lbs in Nov 2010 I was able to maintain for a year at 160 lbs. My goal today is 145lbs.

if anyone can help please add me as a friend, and advise daily or inbox me Thanks. I'm only seeing a difference in my clothes but I want MORE!
