Scale
So today i stepped on the scale and it gave me 50lbs of fat and 30% BF. I weighted 213, so if the scale is correct then for me to be in the 20% body fat isn't going ot take much longer. but all the charts say i should be no more then 148 lbs to be in the healthy weight range. so if i loose 10 more lbs i won't even be at the 200 mark yet, and i would only have 40 lbs to loose if i lost all my body fat.
Crazy.
